Survivors include husband, Brady Stelly of Lafayette; two daughters, Jazmine and Ariella; mother, Earsell R. Hooper of Oberlin; two brothers, Eric and Evans Hooper, II of Lafayette; grandparents Naomi and Lee Racca; one nephew, Dax Hooper; and one niece, Ava Hooper.
She was preceded in death by her father, Evans James Hooper and her brother, Michael Evans Hooper.
