Honoring the Life of Anna Lois Clark
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, October 29, at 10 am in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Anna Lois Manuel Clark, who peacefully passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 84 years. Father Gary Schexnayder will officiate the mass and conduct the funeral services. Interment will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Scott.
She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Carroll "C.J." Clark, and is adoringly remembered by her two surviving daughters, Jennifer Andrepont Trotter and Melanie Andrepont; six grandchildren: Tricia Delcambre Darby; Wiley, Wesley, and Beau Billingsley; and Michael Lynch and Amanda Lynch Brouillette; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brother Ellery Manuel, daughter Sherryl Delcambre, and grandson Jason Delcambre.
Anna Lois was born in Oberlin, Louisiana, to George and Ezole Young Manuel on November 29, 1933. She went to school in Eunice at St. Edmund High School. She married C. J. Clark on January 9, 1976, and together they lived in Scott, Louisiana. Prior to retiring, she worked as a bookkeeper and accountant.
Visitation will be held from 9 am to 9 pm on Sunday, October 28, at Walters Funeral Home, 2424 N. University Ave., Lafayette, Louisiana, with a rosary scheduled at 7 pm. Visitation will resume at 8 am on Monday until time of services.
