Brennan Lormand

Memorial services will be held Friday, July 26, 2024 at 3:00 pm in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Brennan J. Lormand, 57, who passed away July 17, 2024. The Very Reverend Chester Arceneaux, rector of the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, will conduct the services. Interment will be in Gallant Fields, the exclusive veteran's section of Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. 

Visitation will begin on Friday afternoon at 1:00 pm until services beginning at 3:00 pm.

Survivors include cousins, Charlotte Stemman Clavier of Carencro, D. Charles (Heather) Stemmans II of Carencro, Catherine Stemmans (Andy) Paterson of Indianapolis, IN, Brenda Menard (Frank) Cobb of Church Point, and Jeff (Alice) Menard of Sunset; and aunt, Jane Chiasson of Lafayette.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jacqueline Owers Favret; brother, John Favret; and uncle, Allen Chiasson.

Brennan was born in Tucson, AZ and resident of the Acadiana area since 1991. He worked as an A & P mechanic in the aviation industry, and was a pilot.
