Brynlie Duhon Bertrand
January 1, 1783 — March 12, 2012
Brynlie Duhon Bertrand, daughter of Lex Bertrand and Brooke Duhon was carried to heaven on the wings of angels on March 12, 2012. An angel in the book of life wrote down Brynlie's birth and whispered as she closed the book, "Too beautiful for Earth."
In addition to her loving parents, who cherished every moment she was within the womb, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Kevin and Priscilla Duhon; paternal grandparents, Rufus and Martha Kay Bertrand; maternal great-grandparents Bernes Duhon, Deanna Duhon, and Belva Meche; and paternal great-grandmother Marguerite Benoit.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Joseph Reed Bertrand, Percy and Rhena Bergeron; and her maternal great-grandfather, Emar Meche, who was taken to heaven just three weeks earlier. We are sure that all were waiting for Brynlie with open arms.
The family has requested private graveside services at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Scott.
