Carla Comeaux

A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, September 11, 2017 at 2:00 pm at St. Francis of Regis Catholic Church for Lafayette native Carla Ann Comeaux, who passed away September 6, 2017. She was 59 years old.
Father Gary Schexnayder will be the celebrant of the mass. Jackie Stelly will be the lector; Lori Kidder, Bonita Lee and Pamela Arnaud will be the giftbearers. A reception will immediately follow the mass at the Knights of Columbus KC Hall in Arnaudville.
Survivors include her only child, a daughter named Jillian Marie Handler, her husband Cameron, and their two daughters, Madeline Grace and "Baby Girl" Handler of North Richland Hills, Tex.; her beloved companion Kirk Martin; three sisters, Bonita Lee and her husband Gary, Pamela Arnaud, and Lori Kidder and her husband Michael; and two brothers, David and Francis "Keith" Stelly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesslyn Marie and Louis Joseph Stelly, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers include David Stelly, Keith Stelly, Mike Kidder, Kirk Martin, Gary Lee and Cameron Handler.
