Darrin Hebert

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 3:00 pm in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Darrin Hebert, 55, who passed away August 10, 2021 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Deacon Ken Soignier will conduct the funeral services.
Survivors include his two daughters, Kristi Benson and her husband Charles, and Lauren Hebert, all of Covington; three brothers, Jarvis Hebert and his wife Paulette, Caroll Hebert and his wife Marianne, and Blaine Bearb and his wife Stacey, all of Lafayette; and three grandchildren, Chaisse, Alyssa, and Madison Benson; all of Covington.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilton Hebert; mother, Genevieve Bearb; and step-father, Donald Bearb.
Darrin was a native of Lafayette and lived here most his life. He was a teacher with the Lafayette Parish School System.
Pallbearers will be Chaisse Benson, Tim Hebert, Charles Benson, and Chris Hebert.
The family requests that visitation be held Sunday morning from 9:00 am until services.
Walters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
