Graveside services will be held Friday, July 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in St. John's Cemetery for Gage Michael Foreman, son of Mary and Mark Foreman, Jr., who passed away June 30, 2013 at their residence.
Deacon Brady LeBlanc will conduct the funeral service.
Survivors include his parents; twin sisters Ava Lynn and Lily Grace Foreman; brother Aiden Louis Breaux; maternal grandparents Lynnette and Brian Wyble; paternal grandmother, Jamie Foreman; and paternal grandfather, Greg Morvant.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mark Foreman, Sr..
Visitation will be held Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
The family requests that monetary contributions be mailed to 106 Grazing Trace, Lafayette, LA 70508.
Following the graveside services, a reception will be held at the home of Lynnette Deshotels Wyble, grandmother of Gage, at 201 West Governor Miro, Lafayette, LA 70506.
