Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Walters Funeral Home for Kelvin Trahan, 62, who passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015. A private interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
He is survived by four daughters, Kelly Guillory and her husband Weston Guillory, Sr. of Lafayette, Kristy Dupuis and her husband Troy of Henderson, Chuckie Wagnon and her husband Terry of Lafayette, and Anna Trahan-Davis of Kinder; one son, Adam Trahan and his wife Kathleen of Byron, GA; his mother, Verlie Trahan of Lafayette; one sister, Saundra T. Frederick of Broussard; ten grandchildren, Brook Broussard, Wesley Guillory, Weston Guillory, Jr., Kyle Dupuis, Karley Dupuis, Sophia Trahan, Dalton Trahan, Auria Wagnon, Bree Davis, and Ava Davis; one great-grandson, Damien Broussard; one sister-in-law, Charleen Trahan of Cankton; his first wife, Linda Faye Bellfy of Breaux Bridge; and his second wife, Sheila B. Trahan of Lafayette.
He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Roy Trahan; and one brother, Curtis Lloyd Trahan.
Pallbearers will be Brook Broussard, Kyle Dupuis, Branan “Dodd” Frederick, Wesley Guillory, Weston Guillory, Jr., and Adam Trahan. Honorary Pallbearers are Dalton Trahan, Tom Eglip, and Frank Trahan.
