Lucy Robin

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024 in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Lucy Robin, 58, who passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024.  Pastor Jeff Ables, Pastor at Crossroads Church, will officiate the services. 

Visitation hours will be observed at Walters Funeral Home on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. 

Lucy is survived by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Robin of Lafayette;  two sons, Daniel Normand of Lafayette, and Aubin Robin of Lafayette;  two brothers, Dwayne Hebert (Michelle) of Gray, LA,  and Bobby Hebert of Bayou Sorrel, LA;  one step-sister, Jackie Hebert of Bayou Sorrel LA;  and two grandchildren, Layla and Alina Normand.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Aline and Norris Hebert.

Lucy was a registered nurse for 23 years.  She was a people person, and enjoyed cooking, crafts, ceramics, and spending time with her family.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center.
