Madeline Yvette Mamer

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Madeline Yvette Mamer, 61, who passed on Saturday, September 11, 2021.  Deacon Art Bakeler will officiate the service.  Interment will be held at a later date.

Visitation hours will be observed at Walters Funeral Home on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.

Yvette is survived by two sons, Daniel Broussard and Adam Broussard of Broussard, LA;  one sister, Estelle Ledet of Lafayette, LA;  one brother, David Mamer of Lafayette, LA;  eight nieces and nephews, Jeremy Ledet, Nicholas Ledet, Monique Ledet, Claire Broussard, Danielle Ledet, Jacques Hebert, Emily Hebert, and Madeleine Hebert;  and her uncle, Charles Mamer of Carencro, LA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Grace and Paul Mamer;  and one sister, Renee Mamer Hebert.

Yvette was considered to be a very hard worker, and was a great mother to her two sons.
