Martha Lynn Veron Jones

Survivors include her two daughters, Britt Torres and her husband Luis of Lafayette, and Toree Roy and her husband Casey of Lafayette; one sister, Lynette Veron Berzas of Lafayette; one brother, Lynn Larry Veron of Lafayette; four grandchildren, Jasmine, Angelina and Makayla Torres, and Cain Roy; and two god-children, Latasha Berzas and Scotty Boudreaux.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Lynn and Odette Veron, and one sister, Jacqueline Naquin Broussard.

Martha was a native of New Iberia and resident of Lafayette for the past 40 years. She was an active member of the Riverside Church of Christ. Along with her sister, she was the owner of Lynn's Hot Tamales, and delivered The Daily Advertiser newspaper for 12 years.
