Melinda Mahfouz

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 2:00 pm in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens for Melinda Marie Mahfouz, 62, who passed away April 4, 2022 at St. Joseph's Carpenter House.
Survivors include her three daughters, Patricia (Shawn Kerrigan) Sellers of Breaux Bridge, Shasta (Claire Venable) Mahfouz, and Sarah (Jordan Bordelon) Mahfouz; her mother and father, Marie Patricia and Carol Domingue of Scott; brother, Robert "Buck" Robinson of Scott; sister, Melody Sumrall; and five grandchildren, Javen Mahfouz, Sawer Brooks Venable, Tyson Hebert, Leigh-lynn Kerrigan, and Sage Miller.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Mitchell Joseph Domingue, Sr. and Michael Domingue.
Melinda was born in Lafayette and currently resided in Scott. She enjoyed gardening and spending time at the beach. She had a genuine soul and impacted so many people she came in to contact with. She fiercely loved her children and grandchildren, and her Waffle House family meant the world to her.
Pallbearers for the service will be Robert "Buck" Robinson, Javen Mahfouz, Tyson Hebert, Lloyd Steven Landry, and Buck "BJ" Robinson Jr.
