Survivors include her husband, Marion Meche of Breaux Bridge; three sons: Patrick James Meche and his wife, Linda of Elk City, Oklahoma; Preston James Meche and his wife, Rita of Cecilia, and Edward Paul Meche and his wife, Anitra of Sunset; two brothers, Honore Angelle of Lafayette and John Carroll Angelle of Cankton; one sister, Josie A. Boudreaux of Breaux Bridge; four grandsons: Adam Meche, Patrick _Scooter_ Meche, Jr., Logan Meche and Ethan Meche; a step-granddaughter, Amber Richard and a step-grandson, Lane Richard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, the former Emilianne Mouton and Willie Angelle and one brother, Henry Angelle and two sisters; Emmeline Duhon and Shirley Mire.
Pallbearers will be Preston James Meche, Edward Paul Meche, Adam Meche and Patrick _Scooter_ Meche Jr., Chris Meche and L.J. Boudreaux. Honorary pallbearers include Patrick James Meche, Logan Meche and Lane Richard.
A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 22, recited by Jay Bergeron in Walters Funeral Home.
The family requests that visitation hours be from 10 a.m.- 10 p.m. Monday, Nov.22 and from 8 a.m. until time of services on Tuesday, Nov. 23.
