Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 10:00 am at Crossroads Church for Rhonda Stoute, 61, who passed away May 7, 2024. Pastor Jeff Ables will conduct the funeral service. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Stoute of Carencro; three daughters, Brooke (Shannon) LeBlanc of Breaux Bridge, Stephanie (Blake) Blanchard of Carencro, and Paige (Tyler) Thompson of Richton, MS; four step-children, Terry (Mel) Stoute Jr. of Bosier City, Darrion Stoute of Jackson, FL, Derrick Stoute of Richmond, VA, and Jenica Stoute of Mire; three sisters, Glenda Delahoussaye of Carencro; Kim Hebert of Branson, MO, and Lecretia Patin of Carencro; one brother, Clayton Beadle of Lafayette; ten grandchildren, Clayton LeBlanc, Zander Blanchard, Ayden Thompson, Brady LeBlanc, Vance Blanchard, Baylor LeBlanc, Kayzlei Thompson, Paizlee LeBlanc, MacKenzie (Braylen) LeBlanc, and Blestyn Thompson; one great-grandson, Liam Johnson; and her four furry friends, Buster, Kovee, Mollie, and Parley.
She was preceded in death by her father, SFC Clayton Earl Beadle; and her mother, Barbara Beadle.
Rhonda was born in Germany, and was a resident of Carencro for most of her life. She loved supporting the Carencro High football team, and was a 25 year fan. Her favorite NFL star was Tom Brady; she enjoyed watching him play for the Patriots over the years.
Rhonda worked at Cardiovascular Institute of the South for 27 years. She enjoyed her job as a patient coordinator, and was very dedicated to the company. She will be missed by her co-workers and patients.
She was the most boujee MiMi you could ever meet. Her kids and grandkids were her life. She was a member of Crossroads Church, and was involved in several of the small church groups there. She enjoyed playing pokeno with friends. She had an infectious smile that lit up a room; always welcoming and making new friends. She never met a stranger. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, especially Terry, who was the love of her life. He never left her side during her courageous battle with cancer, and gave her much comfort in her final days.
Pallbearers for the service will be Terry Stoute, Shannon LeBlanc, Blake Blanchard, Tyler Thompson, Clayton LeBlanc, Zander Blanchard, Ayden Thompson, Brady LeBlanc, Vance Blanchard, Baylor LeBlanc, Kayzlei Thompson, and Paizlee LeBlanc.
The family requests that visitation be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at Walters Funeral Home from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 pm on Friday evening.
