Shirley Perrodin

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Walters Funeral Home in the Sunrise Chapel for Shirley Perrodin, 86, who passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.  Deacon Art Bakeler will officiate the service.  Interment will take place immediately following the service in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation hours will be observed at Walters Funeral Home on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  A rosary will be prayed by Sister Doris Roy on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Pam Perrodin of Lafayette;  her son, Mitch Perrodin and his wife Stacy of Lafayette;  one sister, Clara Daigle of Rayne;  three grandchildren, Lacey Richison and her husband Billy,  Mackenzie Perrodin, and Ryker Perrodin;  and two great-grandchildren, Devin Chiasson and Emily Richison.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Perrodin;  her parents, Gustave and Rose Cahanin;  two children, Mitchell Wayne Perrodin and Marie Perrodin;  and one brother, Leroy Cahanin.

Shirley was born in Rayne and lived in Lafayette most of her life.
