Stan deLassus

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 15 in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Stan Delassus, 74, who passed away December 13, 2018. Deacon Ken Soignier will conduct the services. The family will receive visitors from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at a later time in Carriere Cemetery, Carriere, Miss.
Survivors include his wife Delia; daughter, Amanda deLassus, and one sister, Ouida Mae Hudson of Brandon, Miss.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vergie and Jules deLassus, Jr.; three brothers, James Robert Rowell, Emile deLassus, and Paul deLassus; and one sister, Marcia Gooch.
Stan was a native of New Orleans. He resided in Lafayette for the past 30 years.
