Wilber J. LaFleur

Funeral services will be held in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. for Wilber J. LaFleur, 89, who passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.  A private family visitation will be held immediately preceding services.  Father Gilbert Dutel will officiate the ceremony.

Wilber is survived by his daughter, Maria LaFleur;  two sons, Michael LaFleur and his wife Stephanie,  and Mark LaFleur and his wife Jackie;  seven grandchildren, Christopher LaFleur and his wife Laurie,  Bryan LaFleur,  Aimee' LaFleur Snyder and her husband John,  Andre' LaFleur,  Jeremy LaFleur,  Jared LaFleur,  and Justin LaFleur;  three great-grandchildren, Heather LaFleur Martin and her husband Raymond,  Christen Viator and her husband Riley,  and Luke Snyder;   three great-great-grandchildren, Raymond Martin II,  Camille Martin,  and Boston Michael Viator;  two step-great-grandchildren, Jack Snyder and Drew Snyder;  and one sister, Margaret LaFleur Hossley.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Laura Jane Rozas LaFleur;  his parents, Ernestine and Leus LaFleur;  his brother-in-law, Louis Hossley;  and his great-great-grandson, William Martin.

Honorary pallbearers are Andre LaFleur, Bryan LaFleur, Chris LaFleur, Jared LaFleur, Jeremy LaFleur, Justin LaFleur, Raymond Martin II, Luke Snyder, and Boston Viator.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Louis Nix for his kind and considerate care during Wilber's recent illness.
